Reminder: Volunteers Must Complete CORI forms
Attention Brooks Community,
If you are planning on volunteering at our upcoming Field Day on June 9th you must come in and fill out your CORI form with Mrs. Hardy by this upcoming Tuesday, May 30th. Please remember to bring your photo id with you since she will need to take a copy of it. Mrs. Hardy will be available during the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. for you to come in to complete this process.

There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, May 29th, so you will have tomorrow, Friday, and Tuesday to get this form completed.
